What's included in every build?
+Every tier includes custom responsive design, Netlify hosting with SSL, contact form with spam protection, SEO setup (meta tags, Open Graph, sitemap), image optimization, Terms & Privacy pages, a custom 404 page, and 2 rounds of revisions.
How long does it take to build a website?
+A Starter site takes 1–2 weeks, a Standard site takes 2–3 weeks, and a Professional site takes 3–5 weeks. Custom framework builds (Next.js, React) typically take 4–8 weeks depending on scope.
What do I need to provide?
+You provide your domain name, written content (text/copy), photos and images, logo files, and any brand guidelines or color preferences. If you need help with any of these, I can quote copywriting, stock photography, or logo design separately.
How do payments work?
+50% deposit to begin work, 50% on completion before launch. Monthly maintenance is billed on the 1st of each month. No long-term contracts — you can cancel maintenance anytime.
How do revisions work?
+Every tier includes 2 rounds of revisions. A "round" is one batch of feedback — not individual changes. Additional revision rounds are available at $75/hour. Plus, every build comes with 30 days of free text and image edits after launch.
Do I own my website?
+Yes — 100%. Your site code lives in a GitHub repository under your project, and it's deployed to Netlify under your account. You own everything. If we part ways, your site keeps running.
What if I need more pages later?
+Additional pages can be added anytime at $300 per page. Order 3 or more pages at once and get 10% off the per-page rate.
Do you work with clients outside your area?
+Absolutely. While I'm based in Bluffton, SC, I work with clients nationwide. Everything is handled remotely — communication, reviews, and delivery.
What if I need something not listed here?
+I handle a lot more than what's on this page — copywriting, stock photography, newsletter signups, booking and scheduling tools, live chat widgets, domain email setup, and more. If you need it, just ask. I'll either build it into your project or point you in the right direction.
